Teen Challenge Canada Inc. operates 12-month in-residence alcohol and drug addiction rehabilitation programs with centres located in Alberta, Atlantic Canada, Saskatchewan and Ontario. We offer help and hope to those struggling with alcoholism and/or addiction to other drugs through a proven faith-based program. Those struggling with addiction, their family and friends, begin their restoration at Teen Challenge.

POSITION SUMMARY
The primary responsibility of the Human Resources Administrator is to perform a range of duties supporting the Human Resources department and employees. Responsibilities include, administering the recruitment and selection and onboarding processes, maintaining human resources and personnel records, administering training, and support the Director Human Resources and supervisors with employee relations matters, and handling all matters related to employees with the utmost sensitivity and confidentiality.
